Please include as much info on your order as possible e.g. order number (#UK123456), email address, pictures, etc. This will allow me to answer any queries you have as quickly as possible.
Please take into consideration when messaging that i am working around school pick up times and also have a toddler at home “helping.” i will do my best to responded to emails and messages as fast as i can. Please get in touch through ONLY ONE method of contact as contacting through multiple channels for the same query may delay response times for you and other customers.
RETURNS:
If you have purchased an item and need to return it to us you have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to you to return the items. (as long as the garment is unworn, clean, still has the original tags attached and in a “as sold condition” unless faulty) you will be offered full refund. Email us at info@tattooedmothersclub.com please include your order number and reason for returning. Returns postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and we do not refund postage costs. (Unless there is a fault with the garment in which you will be sent)

PLEASE NOTE: When returning an time for any reason, we are not responsible for the items until we receive them. Once your return has arrived back to us please allow 3-5 business days for the item to be processed, checked and the admin done to initiate your refund. Your will receive an email once this process has been completed so please wait for this email. The amount of time for the money to be back via the payment method used is down to the payment provider/bank you used. we have no way to make returns any faster, please contact your payment provider for a update on the return status once you have received confirmation that the refund has been started.
DELIVERY COST:
We ship Worldwide (almost) if you go to places an order and it says we don’t ship to you, pop us an email and we will do our best to get it to you!
UK standard is £5.95, and is sent 24H Tracked via Royal Mail. ( some order which are heavier will be sent via 48h) (Free UK Standard Shipping with orders £99 and over)
Rest of World tracked varies depending on the weight of your parcel. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email ( check your junk!) where you can track your parcel. Sadly international shipping isn’t cheap, but, we are working our hardest on getting the prices down as low as we can.
*Please note* We are a UK based company, therefore shipping from the UK. For all deliveries outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties associated with your purchase, if there are any.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Sadly we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Tattooed Mothers Club.
Any parcels that are returned to us due customs fees not being paid will be refunded minus postage charges. (You will only receive a refund for the items not the postage costs)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most items that are showing as in stock have been pre printed and are ready to go but please take into consideration that we are still a very small business and when i say we, i mean me. Tattooed Mothers Club is run from home around 3 small humans, orders are packed and shipped in order of them coming in so i work as fast as i can to get orders out asap but some times it may take a little longer. If you are buying something and need it for a set date ie a gift please pop me a message and i will do everything i can to get it to you on time. UK customers should receive item(s) in 3-4 working days from posting. Please allow up to 7-15 working days for international orders as we are shipping from the UK. Please note that once items have been handed over to Royal Mail they are completely out of our hands and there is only so much we can do to in regards to tracking ( as much as I’d love to hand deliver every parcel unfortunately I’m not superwoman!)
